RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes, updates, and coverage adjustments.
- Support the claims process by assisting with claim intake, updates, and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions and policy activity.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient, timely customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced insurance environment.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
